Analogue Gauging Probe - AX

The standard AX range of Spring Push Probes has justifiably become the workhorse of the gauging industry.

Very high resolution, excellent linearity and flexible measurement range is standard. Long life precision bearings, and an IP65 rating ensures that probes maintain their performance for millions of cycles.

Feather Touch Analogue Gauging Probe - AT/S
With very low tip forces coupled with user selectable options of high resolution and repeatability, Feather Touch Probes are ideal for the gauging of delicate high precision components. Long life bearings ensure that the performance of the probes are maintained through millions of cycles in industries producing high volumes of components on short cycle times.

Analogue Gauging Probe - AX/S Special
When space is at a premium the extremely compact dimensions of the AX/S special probes can be exploited whilst retaining standard 8mm diameter fixings.

For placing measurement points close to each other the A6G/1/S probe can be used with its smaller 6mm case diameter which still incorporates a ball bearing.

6mm Diameter Probes - D6JP
A novel approach to High Performance yet Compact Gauge Probes.

The lack of space to fit a gauge probe is often a problem for gauge builders and test engineers alike. Very small pencil style gauge probes have usually meant a reduction in performance and/or life expectancy, but that has now changed.

Solartron Metrology has taken a novel but practical route to solving  the problem of close proximity gauging to produce the D6P range of narrow body Gauging Probes.

Up to 25 % reduction in diameter over conventional gauge probes has been achieved yet performance and life expectancy has been maintained, due to a completely new approach to the construction of gauge probes. Long life precision bearings ensure that probes maintain their performance for millions of cycles.
